We cover each stage of processing and related organ energy systems in detail, studying what remarkable skills and qualities each can give us. Also we look at how we can disable them through lifestyle choices, bad habits, emotional issues, etcetera. Illness and disease occur when you disregard the laws that govern the proper functioning of each stage of processing and each organ energy system, and in this course you will learn exactly what you are doing that is either strengthening or weakening each one. 

While not strictly a pre-requisite, we strongly recommend OES I: Overview for the foundation it provides.

This course never expires. As long as we are able to maintain a website, you will have access to this material, which you can review over and over. In fact, we encourage you to repeat sections of the course or even the entire course to help you better assimilate the material. This is rich stuff and over time your understanding will deepen. The more you engage the material and the more time given for reflection, the more the material can help you.

This is deep stuff that gains in meaning and usefulness the more you work with it. The time investment is comparable to auditing a college course but without the stress of exams, deadlines and grades. It may take a few or several months to complete this course.

What to expect in taking this online version.

This is an audio course based on a live recording of an actual class.

In the original class we all sat on the carpet in a circle, and it was a full circle of over 20 people. This limited options with microphones compared to what you could do if we had taught on a podium before an audience. With that many people close together, there was a lot going on and you will hear binder clips, pages turning, people pulling out handouts to refer to in class, traffic outside, water bottles, sneezes and sniffles, and the wood stove (it was winter). This means that while you can hear the instructors just fine, at times you will hear other noises as well.

The class met for 2.5 – 3.5 hours at a time. This worked best to keep it from spanning too many weeks and yet be contained to the weekend, which was a better time for assembling everyone. For your sake, the online experience has been broken up into smaller chunks. It would not be the same experience, and also fairly trying, to stay engaged for that long if you were not actually in the room. Occasionally you will hear references to homework or sharings that will not occur in the same lesson or topic for you. The total time of audio for each lesson topic ranges from 30-55 minutes, in general, with some being more or less. The total amount of audio is over 17 hours.
